My name is Jay, owner and operator of Driven Detail Chattanooga. When you book, I’m the one showing up to detail your vehicle. I was born and raised in Chattanooga. It’s a place that blends city life with the outdoors in a way that’s hard to match, and I’m proud to call it home.

Before starting the business, my background was in design, where everything centered around aesthetics and attention to detail. Over time, I realized I wanted something more hands-on and more connected to my local community. I’ve always had a passion for cars, and detailing became a natural fit. It’s work I genuinely enjoy, and something I take seriously.

To me, a proper detail isn’t about running through a checklist—it’s about giving each vehicle the attention it needs. Every car is different, and my approach reflects that. I assess the condition, recommend the right level of service, and deliver the best possible result.

This is a premium service, and I treat it that way. I show up on time, communicate clearly, and approach every job with care and intention. When someone trusts me with their vehicle, I don’t take that lightly.
